Nic Minard

Co-Founder | CHief Strategy Officer

Nic Minard (he/him) is Revenometry’s Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer. He’s spent 15+ years helping organizations grow, sell smarter, and operate better. From national nonprofits to global technology companies, he’s built sales programs, led marketing transformations and shaped GTM, customer, and user experience strategies and programs for clients including Rivian, Splunk, Cisco, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Habitat for Humanity, the Biden Foundation, and the American Lung Association.

Along the way, Nic developed a specialty in something he couldn't stop thinking about: how sales and marketing maturity, alongside AI, can fundamentally change the way businesses work, sell, and grow. Small businesses, whether a dental practice, a med spa, or an early-stage startup, deserve the same caliber of strategic thinking that enterprise companies pay millions for. Nic helps owners and founders cut through the noise, build sales and marketing systems that work, and put AI to work in the places that save time and drive real results.

Jill Heinrich

Co-founder | Cheif Operations Officer

Jill Heinrich (she/her) is Revenometry’s Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer. Jill is a GTM and revenue operations leader with a track record of building the systems, strategies, and teams that make enterprise sales organizations measurably better. Her overhaul of a full-funnel marketing strategy produced an 84% increase in marketing qualified leads in under two years, and her work spans the full commercial stack: sales enablement, outbound strategy, pipeline forecasting, revenue operations, and emerging AI search strategies.

At Schneider Electric, Jill directed the design and adoption of a custom enablement platform deployed across more than 2,000 sellers in 12 business units, overseeing governance, rollout strategy, and content architecture at scale. More recently, she has led go-to-market expansion efforts targeting Google, Qualcomm, and New York Life, aligning marketing, sales, and operational infrastructure around enterprise growth.

Jill’s specialty is creating the operational clarity that high-performing sales organizations require: cleaner pipeline, sharper forecasting, and repeatable frameworks that compress sales cycles and improve win rates. Where others see complexity, she builds clarity.
